What should I save about the Sesame provider and plan I choose?

A dated offer / October 5, 2026

From $59/month with a 12-month commitment; medication separate; provider prices vary.

Sesame's weight-management offer combines provider choice with a subscription. Keep the selected clinician's name, contact route and specific price together. The platform's starting fee is not necessarily the amount charged by every provider.

Save the selected term

The page advertises care from $59 per month with a twelve-month commitment, plus a $99 month-to-month option. It notes that providers can set higher prices. Medication is separate, so the subscription confirmation does not describe the complete pharmacy expense.

Sesame's care subscription does not bill insurance, while a medication benefit may still apply to the prescription. Record those payment routes separately so a later question reaches the organization responsible.

Save the care instructions as well

The program describes video appointments, messaging and continuing clinical care. Ask how follow-up is arranged and what happens when the selected clinician is unavailable. We have not tested access or measured communication performance.

After a consultation, use the one-page visit note to capture the plan and unresolved items. The note should reflect the clinician's instructions rather than a general program description.

Prepare for an ordinary change

If your schedule, location or preferred provider changes, ask how records and upcoming appointments are handled. Do not assume a new booking automatically transfers every part of the history. Our review describes a public access model without certifying individual clinicians or outcomes. The practical value of the profile is the list of details to confirm and retain before the next question arises, while the actual care decisions remain with the treating professional.
